Goal
To help managers understand the status of orders and related data.
Original table
The original table was simplistic, with everything looking identical—making it hard to scan without losing track.
Redesign
New table is easier to scan, instantly showing which orders have a due date in the warning zone.
Editable mode
While editing other parts of this system, managers can choose the needed elements and manage them via bulk actions.
Smaller tables
Visualised with avatars of employees for faster scanning. Dates divided from time help perceive information gradually. Added sorting helps to find the needed things faster.
Results
Added information hierarchy improved visual scanning.
20% faster task completion when working with the table.
